How do I make sure I get my points?
Give your phone number to the budtender each time you check out with your items at Queen City. If you place an online order or kiosk order, you can provide your loyalty information at checkout when you pay.
How do I redeem my loyalty points?
To redeem your points, just let your budtender know at checkout, and they’ll take care of the rest!
Can I use my loyalty points on sale items?
Yes! Loyalty points can be used on any purchase, including sale items, before tax. So if you score a great deal on a product and have earned enough points, you can use those points to save even more on your purchase.
Do Royal Family points expire?
Royal Family points expire 180 days (6 months) after they are earned.
