You earn points on every purchase you make at Queen City. Points are calculated on the base price of the product, before taxes and fees. Just give your phone number to the budtender at checkout to earn points.
What do I need to sign up for the Royal Family?
Signing up is easy! Register on our website or through the Queen City app with your name, phone number, and email address.
How can I check my Royal Family points balance?
Your points balance is tracked automatically through the Queen City app. Download the app (available on Apple App Store and Google Play) and check your points balance in real time. When you check out and pay for your order, you can also ask a budtender to update you on your points balance.
