You may purchase edibles with THC content up to 1,000 mg per transaction in New Jersey. State law also limits the amount of THC per package of edibles to a total of 100 mg THC.
For example, if you buy a package of gummies in which each gummy contains 5 mg of THC, the package may include a maximum of 20 gummies. You would be able to purchase 10 of those packages in a single transaction.
