As the first dedicated adult-use dispensary to open in Plainfield, our journey has been about more than just top-quality products from the very beginning. It’s about building a vibrant community and making a positive impact both in-store and beyond.
Looking back on an amazing year
Over the past year, Queen City has been at the heart of some truly remarkable events. We’ve hosted a series of dynamic brand pop-ups, bringing exciting new products and experiences directly to our customers like you! These events have not only introduced you to the latest trends in the cannabis industry but also fostered a sense of connection and engagement within our community.
One of the proudest moments of the year was making it onto Leafly’s list of the Best-rated Dispensaries in New Jersey – a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication and the incredible support from you, our loyal patrons. It’s an honor that inspires us to continue striving for excellence in everything we do.
We’ve participated in local initiatives, including sponsoring community cleanups like Clean the Queen that help keep our neighborhoods beautiful and inviting. We also had the pleasure of hosting a Women’s History Month clothing drive to support those in need and celebrate the strength and contributions of women in our community.

Ice Cream by Scream Truck: 1 – 3 PM
Cool down with a delicious treat from the Scream Truck! They’ve been a favorite partner at many of our events this year, and we’re excited to have them join us once again to serve up some mouthwatering ice cream.
Dab Education: 1 – 3 PM
Dive into the world of concentrates with Jon Frank, a well-known figure in the legacy community and active voice in Plainfield. Jon will offer valuable insights and tips on dabbing, helping customers to feel more confident and informed in their choices. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from someone who truly knows their stuff. Check out his Instagram @certifiedddj for a sneak peek at the excitement.
Live Painting: 3 – 6 PM
Experience the creative process live as our friend EXOTIC at Garden Greens (and instructor to Garden State of Mind’s Puff and Paint series) creates a graffiti-style QCR playing card. Watch as the unique piece of art comes to life before you, and know that it will be proudly displayed in-store as a tribute to our first year of Queen City.
Music by DJ Troy: 3 – 6 PM
Get into the groove with DJ Troy, who has participated in our past events and helped kick off our grand opening. His energetic beats will keep the party going and bring a nostalgic touch to our anniversary bash.
Photo Booth: 4 – 6 PM
Capture the fun and memories of the day at our photo booth! It’s the perfect chance to snap pictures with friends and take home a keepsake from the celebration. Step into the booth, strike a pose, and take home a special memento of this fantastic day.
